Freedom from the EU

 As a country we cannot govern ourselves whilst at the same time taking orders from Brussels. The UK Independence Party will take back our freedom. We will become an independent country once again.
Freedom from Crime Crime and lawlessness are out of control in modern Britain. This is the message of the statistics, and it reflects the everyday experiences of ordinary people. It is intolerable that successive governments should have allowed the situation to continue to deteriorate. UKIP will address this failure.
Freedom from Overcrowding The UK population at 60 million is higher than ever before. We live on a small island. Our cities are overcrowded, our roads clogged up and our railways are grinding to a halt. Our doctors' surgeries cannot cope and the hospital waiting lists are growing. New housing estates are covering the countryside. In 2002, the UK government allowed in another 200,000 people. The UK Independence Party will put an end to mass immigration.
Freedom from political bureaucracy As a nation we are overworked and over-governed. A large part of this extra work comes from unnecessary political bureaucracy. The UK Independence Party will set about reducing government interference in people's lives. In addition, we will give voters the right to decide on many issues of the day.
Freedom from Political Correctness We are all free born Britons. No politician, no broadcaster, no pressure group has the right to tell us what to think or say. There is no 'correct' set of political beliefs. The UK Independence Party will restore Freedom of Speech.
